"Play Game -> Runtime Error!"

So, when I try to start the game, I get a runtime error. Basically a window comes up saying that there's something called a "runtime error." Here's my DxDiag file.

Try check at Dell if they have an updated driver for your graphics card. If they don't or it doesn't fix the problem try install the newest graphics driver from www.ati.com

Hmm, it seems to be working now. Apparently something weird happened when I tried to install the first time around. I guess I ended the procedure prematurely when I thought it froze while installing DirectX 9.0c. The second time around I let it run all the way through.
