freezing mouse icon

mouse icon functions appropriately until I place third or fourth house on landscape and then it freezes. I can still move mouse and it travels about the desltop but I don't know where it is until I cross over some sensitive function - like build, quit. All the time the icon stays frozen on the desktop in one place. Am attaching a dxdiag files per your instructions.

Your video driver is too old you need to update it for the game to play to something dated at least January 2006.

Try shutting down background apps before running the game.

Try playing the game in a much lower screen resolution than 1900x1200.

Your video drivers are old they don't have the abolutely lastes (91.47) for the GO 6800 card, but they do have something newer than the ones you have. You can also try the various drivers supplied by the people at laptopvideo2go.com they have hacked INF files that let the newer regular Nvidia drivers work with your GO card.
