Snapshot Numbers
Snapshot Numbers appear to be a GMT Time Stamp on a 24 hour clock
[City Name] [Date] [GMT 24 Hour Time]
[City Name] [YY-MM-DD] [HH-MM-SS] (HH on a 24 hour clock)
I tested & it looks exact using this Converter (http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc)
Sound correct? :)

Sounds good to me, Mark. A lot better than my guess anyway. I just figured that there was option somewhere to set the clock and I hadn't found it yet.

Not quite.
If you look at the filename then look at the Date Modified column in the Snapshots folder you will see that what Mark thinks is the hour time stamp doesn't match.
Example: Brundisium 06-10-01 14-29-24.jpg
Would seem to indicate 2006, Ocotber, 1 at 2:29:24 PM.
However the date modified stamp reads:
10/1/2006 9:29AM.
So why is the image stamped 14?
The Date Created column shows the same time stamp.

I'm not sure what you are talking about, Keith. Are you saying that the snapshot numbers I see in my snapshot folder change over time?
It doesn't look like it to me.
I ran my Lab by looking at the clock while making snapshots. Then I looked at the actual snapshots I made to make sure. :)

When I first finally figured out that the last set of numbers were not Ratings goals for Caesar IV Online but Time, I wondered if it was Rome time. :D ;) I had forgotten to do an actual Lab until last night. :)

Because the image filename is in GMT but Date Created and Date Modified use System Time, which is local time. Any chance you're in a GMT -5 time zone?

Yes, that would explain it. I thought of that too, but couldn't figure out why the game would not use local time. What purpose does it serve to use GMT time for locally saved files?
