To be honest I do not think that card will ever run C4 well. Maybe try either 640x480 or 800x600 resolution with everything set to low. Also, like the previous user stated, replace those 66.93 video drivers with somthing new. Try http://guru3d.com/ or http://nvidia.com/ for the newest drivers.
