Caesar can't lanch

i have install caesar IY bur when i click on the .Exe (or shortcut) i have a classic windows message box (do you want to send the error to microsoft.....)
the detail :
AppName: caesariv.exe AppVer: 1.1.0.0 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2945 Offset: 000fe4c2

can you help me , i join the dxdiag, thanks

Thanks Phil Walker for your answer.
Now C4 can Works. I have only uninstall the windows security update (KB917422) and now it's OK.

For information, i have no deamon tool. the missing drives are caused by a multi card reader installed before my second hard drive.

Pour les non anglophiles....
j ai desinstallé la mise a jour de securité KB917422 qui cause un bug avec mon kaspersky internet security.
tout marche maintenant.
attention tout de meme si vous utilisez cette solution, XP n'est plus protégé de cette faille que la maj corrigeait.
