Another "newbie" question....

I'm sure this has been answered before but I haven't seen it yet.

How many gathering camps can you place near a mine or pit? I mean it seems that you never run out of any resource from the mine or pit that you are gathering from. Is there a limit to how many camps can work at one mine or pit? Or at least a spot where it becomes inefficient since workers have to wait to get in the pit?

I've got the "cant get to resource" with 2 camps and I've also stacked up to 8 on a single sand pit. The workers will balance out by them selves and start grouping together as they come and go. The game will also default them to the same pits. I set 4 camps in between 3 pits and all 4 went to the same pit.

It's the same with cutters if you have a small forest. If they clear all that have, they will start walking to farther ones. That too will balance itself out as it allows time for the closer forest to regrow more with less chopping.
