Population Not Showing Correctly

I submitted a city with exactly 70,065 people in it and it's only showing up as 65,535.

For me 5 years was quite enough there, and barely got above the required minimum population (did it last night). :o :D

65,535....is an old programming limitation...I would never have expected to see it again in today's games.;)
