help me log in caesar online

[SIZE="3"]please someone help me.
I tried to log in caesar online, but it's impossible. :(
After I write my username and my password there is a message which says:
"your version isn't compatible with online game. Please download the most recent patch"
I tried to download the patch 1.2 (caesariv_update_en_10_11.exe and caesariv_update_en_10_11_12.exe) but when I install it it says to me that I have to unistall the previous version.
How could I do it?
Maybe it's wrong 'cos I'm in Italy?
I tried also to download the italian patch caesariv_update_it_10_12.exe but it seems damaged and it doesn't work.
please someone answer me and help me!!!!!! :(

You have to install patch 1.2 and if you have the italian version of the game, you indeed need to install caesariv_update_it_10_12.exe (http://www.sierra.com/en/home/games/game_info.tab-downloaddetail.prod-L2NvbnRlbnQvc2llcnJhL2VuL3Byb2R1Y3RzL2NhZXNhcl9pdl 8%3d.platform-global.download-Patches-10174.html) or try this link (ftp://ftp.sierra.com/pub/sierra/caesar4/updates/caesariv_update_it_10_12.exe)
The other patches you mention are for the American version of the game and will be of no help (unless you have the American version).

Maybe you can try and download it again? It should be 12.9 MB in size (13291 KB), maybe last time downloading stopped before the whole file was received?

No, it wasn't corrupt. The patch that you originally downloaded was for the U.S. english version of the game and not the Italian language version of the patch.

I tried the english version(1.2patch)and failed , and then I tried the italian version that you recomended , nothing happen . the same message . is there a patch for the norwagian version

There are two english patches, the US and the english one. Are you sure you did not download the american?
