Where the new Simcity should go!

Ok, I'm sure you guys have received enough flack about Simsocieties so I won't comment further on that subject.

What I'd like to see for a new Simcity...everything the current SC4 game has plus:

-more realism (not cartoonish)
-3d graphics
-ability to build curved roads, rail networks etc.
-larger maps than simcity 4 had.
-ability to build roads without sidewalks (residential areas)

last point, stay away from the sims style gaming, keep that for the sims

Yeah but also there should be streets with parallel parking and extra wide sidewalks (that would become grass, flowers, trees etc. A.K.A. a parking strip).
Please compare to the streets in City Life.
