Pecunia omnium http://www.citybuilder.de/sample/Pecunia Omnium_Color.jpg

As well known issuer of in stone carved meanings of people to various political topics of the empire and an famous innovator, the senate enables you instead of virtual to substantial deeds.
You are allowed to establish a town at the lake Carnovium which may wear your name to your favour, otherwise it has to comply with the usual requirements of the senate of Rome. Furthermore you are to build a Circus Maximus – of course not that big as in the Eternal City – anyhow. Surely no special problem, you may furnish the building material by yourself.
The master builder of the empire will not see your town until after all requirements are fulfilled:

360 items marble
360 items wood
360 items sand
120 units weapons
120 units armours
and 150.000 Denarii

- the latter for the wages. Moreover the master builder are naturally expecting appropriate living space – middle sized properties are desired. You see, no difficult task. And one or another demand from Rome – no problem for you!
Uhh, before I forget: Gaulish rioter do of course not agree with your work. You should therefore count on certain difficulties. But such peanuts will surely not disturb your circles.
Now then, up into the turmoil!

I tried to download the scenario, but, the browser window just hung, and nothing ever came up. Looking forward to playing through it, though.

Thanks!

Hi everybody! I really enjoy this scenario but Rome is demanding gold and I can't seem to find any anywhere. Where are the gold mines, I checked all of the trade options and found only ones wanting gold from me. Help:eek: !!

33years.. wat a....:o
yes, to be honest, the reason it took such a long time(maybe than the others' I suppose) was that I didn't realise perfectly what this scenario requires when I started..

I thought 'ceaser is gonna demand 360 woods, sand, etc' ..(that was that for me at that time.. I didn't think I had to save all of them IN my warehouses!)

anyway I tried to make a city as USAUL.. u know.. insulas, dorms, culture rating, security.. even patrician which wasn't necessary at all in this scenario..

anyway but (fortunately!) I could realise something was missing.. and I started to build warehouses more and more more :)

btw..this map really did make me think how I can build a city more efficiently with the map like this one(big map but not enough space for city, enough resources (though one of them is even hiden;) )but be thousands miles away each other, lots of trades.....)
--- though it wasn't the 'main purpose' of this scenario ..haha

Hi, I just started playing this scenario,. Unfortunately, the pottery factory does not seem to see the clay which is sitting right next to it. If anyone is still around, here is my save.
