SCS Platform?

What platform will SimCity Societies run on? (Windows Xp, Windows Vista, etc.) Could it work on Windows 2000 or is this question still too early to ask? If any info is out about it do they know any system requirements? I know this question is probably too early, too, but just in case.

I'm almost certain it will work with XP and Vista but ya never know.
