View Full Version : Should I Stop Modding For A While?

...Because my mods suck and novody likes me!!!!!
No, not really (really?) *cough*. No, no, we all know about the issue with custom textures, and as my mods are all buildings I need to know if that issue is one our end or the game's. I know a fix is in the works but I don't want to create a bunch of faulty mods that wont work with the fix. Opinions?

I'm working on a program to help with mod creation while I wait for the patch. I figured I would hold off until the known problems were fixed.

Same for me i to am waiting until there is a patch that fixes the problems, such as the problems where mods are not overriding original files and where multiple mods do not work without merging files, which most people do not know how to do. Also they have to fix the Runtime Error crash and other problems they have. So yeah for me modding is on hold to, however i do keep working on ideas and trying to figure new things out. By the way Wolf i do like your mods, specially the KFC is wonderfull work, so put it on hold for now but do not stop completely.

I think that right now anything is a huge help even 'sucky mods' o_0

Well, "sucky" mods aren't the issue, it's "faulty" mods ;) Yeah, waiting is the best bet right now, thanks.
