Jeez! I haven't been able to get on for days. I was beginning to think I needed to have a serious chat with my crappy internet provider!

I'm not a genius when it comes to this stuff, but is there some way you can get the server guys to step up or maybe you can use someone else? It's obvious they aren't providing a good service.

Those guys only run the servers. They don't admin or monitor the programs. They say there is no way for them to know when the Caesar IV server is "down" other than being told so. Looks like they are talking about new server hardware sometime but when that will happen I don't know.

Ok. If there is something we as players can do on our end to help you out other than just posting a new thread, let us know.
