Actually, scratch that. I can't upload my latest update to a city. I signed off of the online area and tried to get back on and it was down. :(

No, they say the don't have any way of telling if the game is actually running so watching it won't do any good. They have a lot of servers to tend for many games, so it's not practical either.

How about one of them tries to log on once an hour or so. If it works, fine. If not, fix it.

I don't think that we are asking for anything more than what was advertised...an online game. They didn't advertise an online game that only works part of the time...on a random schedule.

They don't play the games, they just run the server hardware, no time I'm sure.

Yes, I see reports from other moderators about other severs too, although the one Caesar IV is on seems to have more problems than the rest. Like I said they mentoined something about new servers once, no telling when.
