I'm not a TM developer but I believe I can answer your second question
There is a bug that effects some people that make no Trees or rocks appear in game, I think TM is aware of it and assume it will be addressed in their patch-update o_0

I don't know how to take screen shots but if you absolutely have to you can press print screen and paste it in Microsoft paint

Hit F12 to remove your UI from the picture, then hit PrintScreen. The image is saved to your user screenshots folder in MyDocuments in .jpg format. That's how I do all mine.

If you can't see rocks, trees, and other "flavor" scenery, check your graphics settings and make sure something isn't turned low or off for them. From what I understand, those scenery items don't show if certian settings are too low in Preferences.

Trains, airport, space shuttle and Hwys would be neat, then again we would need regions to connect to.
Hopefully they're in the up coming, giant update.

What do you mean no trees? I have them in my game. You can place them one by one or in groups.

I assume he means that they do not appear at all, cannot place them and they do not appear in maps at all..

I have seen about five people post a similar 'issue' so i assume it is a bug

Does the game crash when they are playing it?
i think it's safe to assume that if it did, they would never have released it.

I'm not sure about that ... Then again, we are speculating, aren't we?

we sure are.

i assume that the devs use uniform systems, thus a lack of testing, rather than dishonest devs, would explain the post-release hassles.
