If you have direct X installed, there's a tool somewhere on your hard drive called dxdiag. Which stands for Direct X Diagnostic.

You run it, and it takes a snapshot of your system and its drivers, and then records a log with all this information. (Something like, five pages long.) The devs use this to determine if there are any system side problems or conflicts.

So, run DCDiag, save a report to your desktop, and paste that info here.

Well, your graphic card is RADEON 9250 when the required one for SCS is ATI Radeon 9600 or greater / nVidia Geforce FX5900 or greater. Even those will give you a minimum experience without all the nice graphical things. Wish I'd have better news on Christmas day.

Oh more RAM memory is a good thing too! You've got the bare minimum of that too. Perhaps too many applications running in the background.

Most likely the same trouble (your graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements). Post your dxdiag as per the link Rnett provides and I or some other helpful person can verify that for you.
