Anyone know what compression technique is used for the SCSPack files? I would like to compress/uncompress without having to start/stop the game itself. It would also help when creating a third party Mod Tool for SCS to be able to create the SCSPack files without having to run them through the game itself, it just seems to be a bit clumsy to me.
