Missing half of screen after setting graphic options

Installed SimCity Societies for the first time. It was running slow so I set graphic settings to low. I restarted the game and now it displays only the left half of the screen. I can't see the right half of the screen to reset the graphic options or play the game. I want to set all graphic options back to default. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. It remembers the low graphic value settings I set previously.

Can anyone tell me how I can reset all options back to the default settings? Are there values in an xml file or settings in the registry I can tweak?
