Prounounced "pyuhn-ee-juhm" - the Korean family-owned convenience store - you can find these literally all over the country. There are big chain stores such as Family Mart or Kosa Mart, but most convenience stores are still small "mom and pop" operations.
The custom bump maps still won't work (so you'll still see a vague glimpse of the outline of the original texture), but the TM team has said that they're looking into the matter.
EDIT: Fixed version up now.

It wont install for me.
I just end up with a SCSPack file added to my Import folder. None of the actual files get added.

try double clicking on the SCSpack file and it should automatically install. It will put the files in thier appropriate locations.

I did that :)
And the only file that got added to my game folders, was an SCSPack file, and it wound up in the import folder.
Also, the one that appears in the import folder isnt clickable.
Other mods work fine on my game, so I dont think its me, but I could be wrong :)

well, if the name of it is Pyeoneuijeom, then it should be fine. Try running the game and seeing if it's in there
Also, what OS are you using, XP or Vista?

If it's not working, I could just upload all the associated files.

Sorry for the trouble :D
My mistake I guess. I extracted it with winrar and had no luck. I re-downloaded it and used Windows extractor and it installed fine.

winrar? lol, it's a zip file not a rar file, which is probably what went wrong.

I use winrar to extract my zip files exclusively. ;)
Not sure why that would have affected it because that's what I used. Odd.

I use winzip for extracting downloaded files, although Vista has something built in that also helps with that, I think anyways.
I don't usually run into rar files, so it's not an issue for me there.

Obviously bro, but winrar will unzip either one, otherwise I wouldnt use it on zips, right?
I didnt fall off a hay truck yesterday, lol. (Maybe a few weeks ago...)
Anyways, like I said, sorry for the hassle :D

Actually, I used WinRAR to make it into a ZIP file.

Newer version up.
It's not any different graphically from the previous, but the following were changed:
-Upped the price to 1000.
-Venue is now 24 Hours.
-Included building text.
-Included Spec file.
SCS Patch 5 and Destinations adds the "eyesore" attribute to the Liquor Store, but I chose not to add that to the Pyeoneuijeom since it wouldn't make much sense in a Korean context (convenience stores are literally everywhere).
