Here are three buyable cars as decorations, with each one adding +1 prosperity. In this screenshot I'm using AdmiralTigerClaw's Marked Asphalt mod to make the parking lot. :)

I'd love to be able to individually place street lights from all the roads, parking lot lights, etc...
