nah, I decided I don't like online play o_0
What kind of online playing you have in mind? If it's something like C4 has then no, I don't need that kind of online feature. If there were some real interaction between players, then I would say 'perhaps yes'.

Co-op play would be both interesting and challenging. It would be interesting because of the sharing of ideas, and challenging to work together without blowing the budget.
Perhaps something along the lines of password-protected cities into which others could be invited. The city-founder could restrict invitees to view only, or could allow access to a portion of the construction/management budget so design ideas could be shared.
Disasters and access to demolition should be restricted to the founders, to prevent "griefers" from ruining other people's cities.
Screenshots are annoying limited in their display capabilities. I look at the screenshots of other people, and I want to zoom and pan and rotate to get a better look. I try to frame pretty screenshots of my own, and there always seems to be some detail just out of the frame I want to include, or a slightly different view from a different angle that shows some other detail, and short of flooding the forum with hundreds of screenshots, I know of no way to display all of my ideas (some of which I picked up from what others posted in their screenshots).
I want to visit other people's cities, and zoom and pan and rotate to see how they do things. I want to invite other people to see my cities to do the same. I would like to try co-operative construction of cities, that would incorporate the various ideas of multiple builders. Many of the results would probably be hideous, but accidental creations of incredible beauty could occur.
