[MOD] Skyscraper Pack

This adds 3 new Skyscraper Buildings. They do not overwrite any original building. It also fixes someone else's mod (skyscraper Black) due to incompatibilities with patch #3. If your game was crashing when trying to place this building, it won't anymore after installing this pack.
