[MOD] Wacky Car Pack

This pack adds 9 new wacky vehicle decorations to you city. These decorations add heavily to the FunCity profile (the Rickshaw adds heavily to the Contemplative profile). they also add a ton of creativity and encourage artists to show up in your city.

I know, I know! it took me forever to do this but I finally fixed the 90 degree bug. Just install these packs like normal and it should fix the problem for you. Sorry for the extremely long wait, hope you enjoy them.
