This pack adds 13 new classic car decorations to your city. these will strongly add to the Small Town profile (The bus and Paddy Wagon will also add to the Haunted Town profile). they will also sort under the normal filter.

I was able to find a work around for the problem. I broke the install file into two seperate files. perhaps the original was corrupted or just too big (although it was well under the 14mb limit specified. perhaps the true limit is 1.4mb not 14mb...). anywho, you can download the classic set now.
For reference (incase anyone at TM is reading this) the error I was getting was:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1885806 bytes) in /home/tmill/public_html/forums/includes/class_core.php on line 1806
