[tut]Changing a venu into a work place

Ever want your sims to work at a venue that you could always place? Welll now you can! Heres how:
Part one: backing up and getting to the file you need
Step zero:Pick the building you want to change
Step one:Navigate to
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\SimCity™ Societies\Data\XMLDb\Game\Objects\BUILDINGS
Step two:Find the file that begains with SC5B and then has tha name of the building you want to change(In this tutorial we will change the opera house to a venu)
Step three:Back UP! Copy the file to a safe location.
Step four:Right click and click properties and uncheck Read-only. Click ok.
Part two:Doing the editing.
Step one:Right click on the and click open with.../notepad
Step two:In the <type> tag, change venue to workplace.
Step three:In the <special_days> tag, change full_week to weekdays
Step four: In the <Special_hours> tag, change whole_day to workday.
Step five: In the <Sim_cah_pay> tag, change 0 to something reasonable.
Step six:In the <Happiness_effects> tag, change whatevers in there to 0.
Step seven: In the <Visit_Duration> tag change normal to Full_day
Step eight:Go to file/save.
Step nine:Test it!
