I was thinking. is it possible to make streets without sidewalks?

it would look nicer if the parking lots would be right next to the street without the sidewalk between.

so there could be some taxi parkings in a row next to the street.

Is it possible to create paved street without vehicles ?

Like "dirt country pedestrian road" 2x2 tiles
Like "pedestrian paved street" 2x2 tiles
Like "Stalinian Paved Place of Moscow or Warsaw" or "Trocadero of Paris"
Those two last things are not decorations but traited as roads

I would so like a tutorial for creating SCS packs and new effects, i would like even buy a devoted book called "How to mod Sim City Societies Destinations" if this book existed :o

ok i've got it. deleted the lines with the sidewalks. of course made a backup of the original file :D no I have street without sidewalk. I can make my own sidewalk, using all the fabulous mods.

(I ask for how to make SCS packs because I heard 3 xml files are needed to make them and the official website only says how to make one of them and I want to upload my mod/recolors of the banks)

OMG, I'm really really bad in writing tutorials. So maybe there Soldyne could help out. :rolleyes:

As for the streets, I could make maybe mods for roads without sidewalks and lamp posts, and mailboxes and fire hydrants. But I would love to know that there are more people, who would like to have them.:o
