Love the game it seems very simple but is amazingly addicitve. I hope you guys plan on updating it because there looks like there is alot of room to add. Anyway I have a few questions.

1. So a Light Acolyte will heal, what does the Shadow Acolyte do? I've taken one with me and it seemed like he was casting a spell but it didn't appear to be damaging the creatures.

2. What is the difference between a Trapper and a Huntsman? Is it merely more food from the wild game area? Would be nice if you took the trapper into combat he could maybe trap the enemies, just an idea heh.

3. I got a Fortune Teller and upgraded her to a Witch. Does the Witch offer the same benefits of the Fortune Teller as well as the magic items? If not why won't a new fortune teller come to town?

4. Do my citizens do their job better with higher levels or is a level 1 farmer the same as a level 10 just a little less resiliant if the town gets attacked?

Anyway that's all I got for now, I'm *ahem* off to go play some more will check back later, great work guys.

He curses the enemies so that they take more damage from normal attacks. Same mechanic that some of the Shaman cast on you.

Exactly - the produce more food... same as going from Farm to large Farm.

3. I got a Fortune Teller and upgraded her to a Witch. Does the Witch offer the same benefits of the Fortune Teller as well as the magic items? If not why won't a new fortune teller come to town?

The difference is, if you have a merchant - you can set the witch to Sell her items instead of producing them for you... and it comes out to be about the same (maybe a little more depending on which misc item you equip your fortune teller / Witch with.

4. Do my citizens do their job better with higher levels or is a level 1 farmer the same as a level 10 just a little less resiliant if the town gets attacked?

correct a Farmer is a Farmer... a Level 10 farmer is only different when you put a sword in his hand and drag him out into the hinterland.

Thanks for the answers to my last question. I never noticed the Orc Shamans curses doing anything to me, sometimes they'd cast a fireball type effect that would hit my healer or they'd heal other orcs but never noticed any other effect. The Goblin Shamans seem to poison me and the Dark Elf Wizards open industrial strength whoop ass on me.

1. My attack power and defense I'm still trying to figure this one out. I assume the big sword/shield equals 10 points. What is the difference between the gold and gray sword/shield?

2. I found a tome of the arcane and it says it's needed to make a wizard's tower, who's the wizard? If the red dragon in my stables gets killed, will my follower hatch a new one or will I have to find another dragon egg?

3. Does the Ballista in the Watchtower fire if the guard in the tower has died? They seem to fight independently in combat i.e. the guard is fighting while the tower is firing.

1. No hard numbers on Swords and Shields - base 10 seems obvious though. Another guess that the gray may be half? So 5?

2. You get the option to upgrade your Alchemist to a wizard or a Doctor... so you need to: Have Herbs ... then Mandrake ... then a Tome to get a wizard.

3. I believe the Ballista will work so long as the guard associated with that home is alive... even if he isn't there to man it. If he dies, it ceases to function until you replace him.

As long as your dragoneer is alive, he will hatch a new dragon from the existing egg.

Or if he is dead, you hire another Herder to hatch the egg. Try to get as high a level of Herder as you can, I've had L 7 ones. :)

1) Pretty sure the difference is stats you gain from items and the character's base stats. Grey seems to be base, gold items.

2) Herbalist -> Lab -> Wizard.

3) Don't know, never had a watchman at home during a raid.
