Do farmers, shopkeepers, etc produce children and marriage thus increasing the available workers created per hour?

3 an hour is almost agonizingly slow :confused:

I still think there should be a favour factor. If people are not happy enough with you your 3 per hour could drop, or rise depending on the favour. Say if the populace does not have the perfume it wants they start leaving.
