building the bakery and other buildings

It took me a while to figure out that I needed to click a Shop plot to do so. :(

Same here. The introductory instructions should say to build a bakery on Shop plot. I thought I had somehow gotten a defective city site with no places for bakeries. :o

They do, but in a very Tricky and Evil way. :(

Didn't take me long, but what did take time was that I only had 3 spots for military, 6 for shops, 1 temple, 1 warehouse, 1 market and 1 exchange
