dead cities?

Around my nome, there already oviously abandoned cities. Founded last sunday, still at rank 790 or so, which probably means they didn´t even build a bakery yet.
Sure, maybe they will log in next weekend, but I wonder what should happen with those cities. They take up space, and as soon as others want to found a second city they clearly become a hindrance.

TM, put a time limit on city disuse & use a fire graphics for a week before you buldoze them. :D

Good thing it's a lot easier to rename cities then :)
