Rare raw material / luxury production rates?

Does anyone know what the production rates of rare raw materials (eg: emeralds...) are? Are they all the same at 1/hr?

And what about the production for luxury goods? What are the rates for that?

Gold is 1 per hour too.

I would assume that all rare resources are produced at the same rate.

Perfume is 1/hr
