SUG: Show construction costs vs raw materials

When upgrading, in particular the palace, it would be easier to see in what you need if raw materials in stock were shown with construction costs, i.e. 220/448 bricks = you have 220, you need 448.
This could be supported by showing in green where you have enough and red where you are still lacking resources.

Hmm, on my screen, the required resources for an upgrade are displayed right above the running totals of all my resources. I'm using Firefox 2.something on my laptop and Firefox 3 on my desktop.
