Quick update here - few misc bugs squished, and added a Nome search on the Nome and World levels.

Just noticed this post and gave it a whirl.

Didn't have any issues using it with Firefox 3.03 and the partial end of nome name filler, for those times when you are trying to remember was it amunsheni or amushsomethingelse, worked a treat as well.

Guys, you really need to test this in a dev environment. It's impossible to do direct trades now because City and Nome links are broken.

yep, when you click on the city name from a message it takes you to an empty stretch of the nile.

Oh and I wondered why I couldn't see my trade partners anymore.

But...it is! If it wasn't, you'd see things break all the time.

you can still trade if you find your partner by scrolling on the nome level map. but for a baron of trade like roboczar that's probably going to kill his index finger.

In IE7 the scroll bar does not work, scroll wheel does. From nomes at the edge of the world you can still move to empty stretches. Wouldn't it be better to connect the edges and insert new nomes when they are needed?

Is there a search function for City names or player names? I haven't found it, if there is.
