D2D Update Now Available

Yes indeed, as of the 5th of November, the 1.1 update is available from the 'Patches' page at direct2drive.com. Hooray! :)

Has anyone gotten the Halloween update to work? I have tried to reset the date on my computer and it seems to have no effect.

I haven't seen anything halloween-y in my game so far, unless it's the zombies?

Okay, I see what's going on. We've mistaken the 1.1 update for the halloween update. I can't believe I missed this! So the question is, now that we're well past Halloween, will they still bother doing it for non-Steam versions?

I doubt it at this point. It kind of sucks that anyone who got the game from anywhere else but Stream gets punished like this. Still a good game though. I hope in the future any updates will be on all providers.

I bought the game 3 days ago on Stardock/Impulse and got a version with Halloween content (including explosive pumkins ) It was also properly translated (french); Dunno how release update works in those online sites. Does anyone know for future releases ? (is there going to be any for Xmas?)
