Charioteer barrack with no workers

I've a charioteer barrack with no laborers panel, as you can see on the 1st image.

On the 2ª image below, you can see the laborer panel, as usual.


Am I missing something?

it may be that the monuments are not implemented yet therefore not allowing anyone to get a big leg up before it can be done. But then again it may be a bug.

you're not alone. i have the same problem with my spearmen, charioteer, and archer barracks. so i don't know what's going on. :confused:
