BUG: Charged for Goods, but Won't Get Them [fixed]

When I tried to purchace some henna through the marketplace, I got this message:
Fatal Error! One or more laborers stubbed their toes while processing your request. The web Pharaoh has been notified. If the error persists, please post a message to the bugs/issues forum.

I was charged and the desired goods were removed from the market place, but they are not being shipped to my city. Here's the debug info:

P.S. Since this was the first time this happened to me and I needed the goods, I was dumb enough to do it twice in a row. :shame: :(

Same thing happens to me :(
There's also no message in the game log.

Same thing just happened to me. Tried to buy some cedar on the marketplace, got the error message above. No message about cedar being delivered in my log, but the goods are no longer on the marketplace, and I am that amount of bread poorer. :(

This is the debug info, though I may have clicked a few other things after it happened? Not sure if these numbers change.

Same here. I tried to send a friend some goods, got this error :

When trying to buy goods from the market, i got charged the bread cost, got the same error :

but no message for the sandals (in this case) comming. The sandals dissapeared from the market though.

same thing happens to me, too.
And in my case. there was a "are you sure? yes/no" pop up. I clicked yes and same error message appears.

It is all transport - ships included - no goods are being moved/transported at all :(

This is where people are reporting the ship problem - but it gives exactly the same error message about stubbing toes and informing the web pharoah as the market one...
