I can't access the market at present. The screen is split into a wide line at least double normal width. It is impossible to use. However it does have a line of sellers and buyers so maybe its being updated to include people who want to buy things and so I should just shut up and sit quiet and it will be better soon.

The 0.28 release notes state that if you're in the game to refresh your browser. That certainly did the trick for me. The version should say 0.28

Mine says v.28 too but the problem remains.
You need to hit reload
Update: Fixed now. Was an IE7 specific issue.

I am also using version 0.28, but the market is unusable. The section at the top for sell/buy order creation appears usable, but the section listing current orders is shifted so far to the right it is off the screen.
My browser is IE ver 7.0.5730.11.

Reloading the page and even exiting and restarting the game in a new browser window does not fix the problem with the Market screen in MSIE 7.0.

Debug Info [u:3448 array(27188 => 'Catopolis',)] is what appeared at the bottom of my city screen when I refreshed my browser at the Market screen. I only joined in the past hour, so version is the latest (0.28). The Market Display is extremely wide for me, but in the time it took me to compose this post it did begin displaying the commodity name in the buy/sell window which it had not been. :)
IE 7 here, XP SP 3

It's now fixed on my IE 7 :). No idea why some others don't have that fixed
Reed may probably shake fist at IE 7 again :D
