While I like the idea of non-refundable market fees for sellers, I do wish it were a little more forgiving. I recently had a situation I had been selling a luxury good at 25/per and then went to sell 100 of a luxury material which I meant to sell at 8/per and accidentally added at 25 per. Effectively this cost my 250 bread for a quick-click mistake which I noticed instantly.
What I suggest is sort of a "review" area for sell orders which would improve the safety of market trading and help ensure people are selling at the prices they want without mistakes costing them large bread penalties.
1. User adds sale to the market as they currently do.
2. Sale shows up in sale orders with a green * next to it for ~120 seconds.
3. During this time, the sale order is only visible to the user who posted it. This user can edit (or at least remove) the sale order to their satisfaction without any penalties.
Another option would just be to add a "cart" system to the market where sales and purchases could be queued and made in batch.
