taking out items past warehouse limit allowed?

Say you're in a situation where you have 1400 bricks, 250 bricks on market, and an L3 warehouse (max 1400 bricks).

Does anyone _KNOW_ what happens when you try to take out the bricks? :confused:

I have miscounted before while shipping bricks to my second city a couple times and ended up over the limit

it did not discard the extras.. it just wouldn't let me produce any more until it dropped below the limit again

I'm not sure what happens with the market

Correct, if you go over the warehouse limit (shipping, purchases, whatever) the number for that item turns red, and you can't produce it until you're within limits again. Taking OUT of inventory (exchanges, shipping, sales) is normal, and further imports would presumably arrive normally but leave the total red. This suggests one could ship in items at the last minute before starting a new city, and not expand the warehouse to hold them...but I'd be reluctant to try it, in case there's a hidden gotcha (like can't start a city if any resource amounts needed are red).
