Shifting workers from one resource to another requires clicking on each building and can be time-consuming to get the right balance. I'd suggest adding small up and down arrows icons to the left of each resource in the bottom menu. These would remove or add available workers to the corresponding production building.
Great game! I'm enjoying it a lot. Unlike other city builders, I can actually get real-world work done while playing this during short breaks.
