Forgive my clumsy rendition, but I think there is room under the slider for the buttons, and the -All and +Max could be made to line up with the ends of the slider.
[Numeric input box] max value Apply control

[-All] spaces [-1] space [+1] spaces [+Max]
The above would even leave room for [-10] and [+10], in the areas labelled "spaces".
