Scenario: Going into a shop, assigning villagers via the worker allocation text field and pressing enter to accept selection.
1. Go into any shop that has villagers working. I used a Level 5 bakery with full 37/37 workers for this example.
2. Use the mouse cursor to select the worker allocation text field (which in this example it shows 37 since that is the number of workers).
3. I highlight the 37 in the field to replace and type "25".
4. I press the Enter key of the NumPad (also known as intro) immediately after typing the "2" and the "5".
5. The cursor switches to the "thinking" animation and I exit out of shop screen into the main city screen.
Expected: The "25" selection is entered and applied, since I exited the screen after pressing the numpad enter key.
Results: I exit out of the shop screen, but the 25 selection is not applied. It seems confusing.
Note: If I use the normal enter key, nothing happens, so I have to manually click apply with the mouse or if I click any other place of the screen it acquires the value and applies it for me.
