1. Have a market available and nothing being constructed or buildings being upgraded.
2. Go into the market and look at the right side of the screen, there is a green button that enables you to upgrade the market and provides the costs/requirements.
3. Now go and upgrade any building or construct a new shop.
4. Go into the market and look at the right side of the market UI pane, where the upgrade button resides. It states now: [City currently under construction] in text.
Expected: Ability to still see the requirements/costs of the market so I can plan ahead on what to save/get so that I can upgrade it after the current construction is done. This is especially important when market upgrades are taking lots of resources and other upgrades, like palace, shop or warehouse, are taking 8+ hours. This is enough time to get the resources, if I knew them, of the market upgrade so I can acquire it as the current shop/construction is done.
