Bug: unable to delete ally note

I had set a note on an ally reminding myself to send a shipment, but when I wanted to remove this note it didn't work: I removed all text from the note textbox, hit the "edit" button and the old text came right back. The closest I've come to removing the note is entering a single space in the textbox.

Try refreshing the page then try removing it again.

Refreshed, no luck.

Found another issue related to the ally notes:
1. have at least two allies
2. click the "edit" button for the first ally
3. type something in the note box (e.g. "abc")
4. you realize you selected the wrong ally, click the "x"
5. click the "edit" button for the second ally
6. the game will attempt to put up the edit box, do something and *poof* the "abc" you typed is now listed as note for the second ally...
