Blue screen of death

hi,

when i play this game, which is fun, i have to pause a bit, looking after newborn twins, so i sometimes pause for long times.

on 3 seperate occassions i have come back to see the blue screen of death, only ever happens with this game. report is nv4_display driver, i have the latest dx and display driver.

never crashes while i am playing but only when paused.

can anyone help.

Your video and sound drivers are very old with the video drivers being two years old and the sound drivers being 3 year old. If you update both sets of drivers to mid 2008 that should take care of your problem.

have updated to latest available sound driver and graphics driver from nvidia, apart from some strange screen pauses it seems to work so far. wait and see now.

it was a long time before nvidia would support my brand of laptop with t's driver update program, used to report not a geforce go card. i've had no end of problems with this toshiba laptop, 3 hdd replacements and a motherboard replaced all under warrenty.
