When ever you upgrade your palace it gives you more labors right? at 3 per hour, well when I sent some over to my monuments it started making more labors at my city with 3 per hour

so my questions are

1)if i keep sending labors over there I can always make more at mycity so i can give like 1000000 labors to my monument? or is there a limit?

2)if so if lets say i have 240 labors at my city and send over 20 to my monument right then my city starts making 3 per hour to replace the 20 and when it reaches its max what happens if i send my labors back from my monuments? do they delete? or do I get an extra 20 labors in my city?

No limit so far.

Right. You will not be able to send more workers than you have room for in your city. In the unlikely event that you get a worker born while transporting troops, you will still not be able to go over the limit -- if you do, your workers being sent should disappear.

You get an error message that your city is full and can't take the extra labourers.

1) There may not be a limit on how many you can send, but there is a limit on how many you can use and it will change with levels like shops in your city. Click on limestone to see amount. Quarry can be upgraded to allow more workers.

2) You can not send laborers back to city if city has max laborers. However, if you upgrade the palace, you can send laborers from monument to city until maximum is reached. You cannot have more than set amount in city.
