Almost all my favorite games have been made by Impressions, meaning by you now at Tilted Mill: Caesar 2 & 3, Pharao, Zeus & Poseidon, Lords of the realm 2 & 3, Civil War 1 & 2.

Now that they closed Impressions, you're are our only hope, Obi-wan ;) , so keep those amazing games coming....you have a solid fan base to work on :D . So good luck

I second that!

The Impressions Citybuilder games have been the only strategy games that really captivated me (the other games I'm interested in are adventure games). I'm very glad that a very large part of the talent from Impressions is making games here at Tilted Mill. I want you to know that this time, my money is on Don Quixote.

Good luck to all of you. I can't wait to try Children of the Nile.

While I most definitely agree with the sentiment to wish Tilted Mill a brilliant future in making the kind of games we all love, I feel it's only fair to mention that they are not the only company carrying that torch.

BreakAway games, responsible for the Pharaoh add-on Cleopatra and the Emperor City Builder is unlikely to forget this kind of games has it's loyal following ;)

I'm really looking forward to the new game, and getting back to playing this type game again.

I cannot wait until this game is released! Ancient Egypt totally fascinates me and I spent so much time on Pharoah by Impressions. When I saw that Children of the Nile was in production I squealed like a little girl! I'm going to advance order this gem.

I'll bet many people sqeeled like girls...possibly girls...I'm assuming you're a guy, because I have no problem with squealing like a girl...as long as the person is a girl. lol.

I hope you can forgive me for my undue burst of emotion. Next time I shall belch loudly.

Umm...I like the squeeling like a girl better then the belching...at least it's amusing. ;)

Saw this generic good luck thread, and figured, I'd add my voice to it. So...

Good luck, Tilted Mill, hope you live to develop many great games!

I add my name to all (most?) sentiments expressed above.

Let's just ignore the burping and squealing, shall we? City building is meant to be the pursuit of the intellectual gamer. Well, they actually have broad appeal, but intellectual sounds better and makes the point.

I second what the others have said. :) I'm glad that you guys founded a new company and continue to develop games for this genre. It seems that most games nowadays get fairly "dumbed down" so that they also appeal to the console audience (I don't want to generalise, and there are some pretty deep console titles), and it is most definitely refreshing that someone still cares to develop products for -- as someone else put it -- the "intellectual gamer". Do know that you and your efforts are appreciated. :)

I was so sad when I heard Impressions closed. But when I heard that Tilted Mill has been created and that you are developing the game CotN, I became very excited. The first thing I said is "Yes! City Builders are back on buisness!". That is why I am hoping for Good Luck with Tilted Mill.
