Did you apply the patch?
Patch is here, choose the correct version for your game.
http://simcitysocieties.ea.com/updates/scs_updates.php

Are you using the Destinations add on pack? I cannot help you if you are because I do not have it, but somebody else may.

Societal values do not have any direct effect on happiness. They just unlock different buildings and change the style of your city.

Happiness depends on the type of house they live in, whether they are sick or not, whether they are mugged or not, and what venues they visit.

The best way to understand this is in a new city with limitless money and just watch what happens.

Place a power station and a few houses - say 16 Condominiums. This gives you 96 workers. Within walking distance place some venues.
A Botanical Garden, A Soccer Pitch, A Hospital and a Mall. Capacity for 95 people. Balance the Societal values if necessary using decorations or Libraries.

Watch what happens. Sims arrive gradually over 2 days and visit the venues. Follow then around.
The happiness of the Sims should increase.

In the next week give them workplaces. The Sims should go to work in the mornings, leave in the afternoons and visit the venues, then go home, then back to work the following morning. At weekends, the Sims can spend all day at the venues. (unless they have 7 day jobs).

You should have a working city that earns money

If you are still having problems after this then upload a save - use "Manage Attachments" button underneath the "Reply to Thread" window, and I'll try to look at it to see what is wrong.

None of your people are "angry" in that pic. They're "content." They're neither very happy nor very angry. Note that venues are opened and closed at certain times.

Also, to some extent the type of city you play will make it easier/harder to have good venues for people to go to. The Capitalist and Romantic cities have a wide variety of venues and with good quality housing, good public transportation, etc, you can have a very happy populace in such cities.

The Industrial and Authoritarian are harder to do; the Industrial simply lacks some venues you can put down without them also being eyesores. The Authoritarian - the best you may be able to do is have lots of buildings with Conditioning characteristics that correct peoples' moods to a balanced center. So you won't have lots of very happy people but you also won't have very sad people either, just lots of very indifferent folks.

I know they are content, but this is first day on the picture and then start getting angry..And I tried every easy variation in the game..I tried small town, romantic,etc..I built every venues, transportation and good houses but second day people got angry again and again..I couldnt figure out what is the problem..Maybe just the technical problem..

Games start at 06-00 Sunday. It normally takes all day for the Sims to arrive gradually in the starting homes, but they will visit venues as soon as they arrive. They will be content when they arrive but should become happy when they visit the venues. You should see some elated and maybe one or two ecstatic by 00-00 on Monday.

Do any of your workplaces spawn criminals? I noticed that Bed & Breakfast spawns criminals even though the datasheet does not say so (it is an error). There may be others.

Use the special map display buttons on the left. Click the buttons for Criminals and current happiness. (I also click the unattractiveness button and the radius effect button as they are useful)

I have uploaded a starting city paused at 06-00. I used Trailer Parks to deliberately make the Sims unhappy about their homes, but it is very easy to make them happy with the venues I have placed.
The city makes a small profit and at about 20-00 on Monday evening you can add more Trailer Parks and add new workplaces or replace existing ones with different ones. Just go off pause and watch what happens. You should not get any rogue sims or even unhappy ones.
The Mission and Savings and Loan at the far end are to balance the societal values. The Breweries need to have the Production drive button right-clicked. You will get the bonus after 40 visits, about 5 working days.
As soon as there is a population of 100, the Flea Market is unlocked, so place one next to the soccer pitch. This can be replaced with a Mall later on when the city gets bigger and you need more venues.

I do not have Destinations, but you may still be able to open it. It is Patch 5.
I've put up a Screenshot in case you can't.

Can you make your own screenshots bigger please? you can go up to 1280 pixels wide

Also one more thing i wonder about , what is "missing string" warning that pops out some times? and the game file you sent, I uploaded it and played it twice ..things you said never happened. Is it possible that the game has some technical problems?

edit: I think I solved the problem and it's about the technical game play. People can't get in once they got out the house. They are all in outside and start the complain after a while. It's because of the game, probably. The population is almost 1.500 but no one can go to work or get in their homes.

It might be something missing about in the game, maybe related to the warning "missing string" since I also saw a person asking about it.

It does seem like you have the same problem as desribed in this thread http://www.tiltedmill.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21467 .
Unfortunately nobody answered it.

All I can suggest is you describe what happens as well as you can and post a new thread in the SCS Community support section where you may get some technical support. If you do this tell them whether you downloaded the game or used DVDs.
I'm not technical but It does sound like a bad installation, and my only suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall and see if that works, but that's what the person in the other thread tried.

I'm thinking that if it were purchased as a disc, it's possible that you may have accidentally gotten a pirated copy. SCS isn't officially distributed in Turkey. If your copy is truly legit, then it's also possible that you've purchased a faulty verison in which case you'd need to inform EA Costumer Support about that.
