I don't know about the rest of the Nile but around my way things are really falling apart.

One of my nomes has 2 active players. Me and a L2 who started today [ ranked 4081 ]. This is out of 9 cities. Not a lot of guess's who will be paying the next donation round.

Another nome has also 9 cities of which only 5 are active, me, L13,L5, L5 and L2.

Told you before I lived in a quiet part of the river.

I assume that when the new world opens this one will be closed to new players ????

Sabah is remaining, and it will be possible to have accounts on both worlds when the new one opens so there is no reason why new players can't arrive in both.

Amunsesh at 49N has been the quietest, sleepiest nome I happen to have a city in. Not sure why, it has bronze and henna with Amun asa god who likes jewelry. But it's only ever had about half a dozen active palaces at once. Activity has picked up a little recently with some 2nd, 3rd and 4th cities arriving but three of the +level 14s are heading for inactivity wipes.

It always puzzled me how the nile could keep up it's continuous expansion while a nome relatively close to the centre never truly developed. I presume it has something to do with nomes only having 10 spots for capital cities, with the other 10 set aside for expansion of empires. Presumably once the markets dried up there was no attraction for having a city near the centre.

Deguakay
Hetephinushr of Raka (59N) Sandals and Leather
Rakheben of Amunsesh (49N) Sculptures and Bronze
Rawaset of Setger (80N) Jewelry and Gold
Perdjyamun of Rate (99N) Perfume and Oil

I can vouch for this. My nome at 195N is still very much active.

10/12 active cities. 8 of those 10 are at least level 12. 1 of the other 2 just moved in 2 days ago. Really good place to go to buy things off of the market too. Mats sell 3-5, lux sells 7-9. Nome makes kohl and leather if you're interested.

Here's a Q, if we go immortal in Sabah, can we come back to it?

I believe, that just as so many have gone immortal recently and come back, we will be able to do it the same way. I think that when you sign on, you just choose which world.

The new Nile will probably be more fun as it will have keen players starting out and inhabiting the center again. Do join up and be near your pals. It is also possible to go on vacation mode if real life kicks in, but when you return, you are near your friends.

Clifford, I think that you´ve just had bad luck with your neighbours. Better luck in the new world!:)

I'd imagine new players can still start in the Sabah server if they want. When you go to the registration page, it allows you to select either Sabah (Beta) or Theoris.

I left this world without a backwards glance.

We might be nomies. Doubt you'll figure out who I am.

Played the last one for 2 months and none of you found me. I don't think it will be so easy this time.
