Any demo of the game? Any dates for release?

They're aiming for a November 2004 release. A demo will most likely not arrive before the release, a week or two at most I think but my best guess is that a demo will not be public until after the release.

So the holiday release is for Thanksgiving. Hmms.. my first in the US. A nice way to celebrate! :D

heh heh heh... Novermber eh? Soudns good too me, though perhaps a little distant for my tastes (then again, i never was known for being patient). I cant wait ( and you can bet i'll be picking it up rahter soon after it comes out)

Perhaps a little distant?! It's a lifetime away! It feels like a century, heck, a millennium even! ;) Seriously, it's probably not a bad idea to release it closer to Christmas. There are also some games coming out before that I feel may partly attract a similar audience (though not games of the same genre). Plus, I'd much rather have a finished product than one that was rushed (a certain railroad title comes to mind). :)

And hey, it's August already!

To quote a "simpsons" cartoon:

"Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?..."

They probably won't even start work on a demo until the game has gone gold and the pressure is off for the first time.

Didn't Pharaoh come out around Thanksgiving? I seem to recall getting it for my birthday, a week before Thanksgiving, and spending most of that long weekend in ancient Egypt. :)

I don't think it will be soon enough no matter when. I'm sitting here looking at the calendar and barely holding back the tears.

Until then, we'll just have to keep drooling at the screenshots. :)

Which ones would they be? I'd be interested...

Awww, now G-Force - that would be irresponsible! It's bad enough I abandon the dog for days at a time when a new game comes out!
